By engaging consulting services provided by Katarzyna Pieńkowska, you agree to these terms. Services are provided on a project or retainer basis as agreed in writing.

1. Scope of Work

The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing prior to commencement. Any changes to scope require written agreement from both parties.

2. Confidentiality

All business information shared during an engagement is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the engagement agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
